All Find A Part Suppliers Membership requires that Parts carry at least a 30 day minimum guarantee and that Suppliers sign a Code of Practice.
We operate a no obligation "Direct from Supplier to Buyer" quotation service for parts which results in the best deal for both Buyer and Supplier.
We DO NOT operate any type of Pay For Text Message Service any text message you send will go direct to the Parts Buyer.
We DO NOT act as Middleman, or Resell Parts to which we add a commission of fee.
We DO NOT operate any type of limitation on Suppliers with Parts in Stock information transmission to Parts Buyers.
We DO NOT unless a supplier requests it operate a Parts Request type / Make or Model Type filtering system.
We recommend that suppliers opt to receive all requests generated as these can provide important market resurch regarding stock purchasing.
We do pass on colated information regading Recycled Parts Sales Type, Product, Manufacturer, Trends etc to Supplier members only.
Suppliers are with the service for a period of 6 months are entitled to use Find A Part & Green Footprint AutoParts Marketing & promotional materials.
Our Promise to all Suppliers
We will supply you with All Requests, You will always deal "Direct with the Buyer", You will not be asked to send Text Message Replies to the Buyer through a Pay For Text Message Service for which we charge the Buyer.
Neither Find A Part Ltd or its operational partner companies Green Footprint AutoParts and Allies 4 Earth will Never act as a Middleman Selling Your Parts at a Marked up price and We will Never act as a Middleman Selling Your Parts to customers at a Marked up price & paying you a lesser price.
We will provide you Free of Charge with a website on World-Parts and Find-A-Recycler both of which are the most used Directories of Auto Recyclers in the World.
At a future date we shall offer you the oportunity to have a Personalised Find A Part Form and ensure you that requests generated on this form shall be delivered directly to your company only.
All Find A Part UK Members Fees are payable by Bankers Standing Order Monthly.
We offer two methods of receiving requests
Full Multi User Internet Constant Connection with Full Back Office Functions (Save / Quote / Recal etc)
E.Mail - Requests are sent in Batches of 10 requests at a time and contain Customer E.Mail Hotlinks.
Full Membership - £450 + VAT per month (All requests Generated)
Specialist Membership - £350 + VAT per month (All Requests of your Manufacturer(s) or Type(s) of parts ect)
Trial Membership - £250 + VAT per month (All Requests or Specialist Requests Manufacturer(s) or Type(s) of parts ect)
Special Trial Membership - £250 + VAT for 3 Months (All Requests or Specialist Requests Manufacturer(s) or Type(s) of parts ect)
Please note that only Two Special Trial Memberships are allowed per month and have to be approved by The Board of Directors.
All Find A Part Non UK Members Fees are payable in arears after Sales.
Membership Requirements - All FAP Supplier Memberships requires that Parts carry at least a 30 day minimum guarantee, Suppliers sign a Code of Practice and Conduct and that the Supplier Company is a Fully Paid up member of thier National or Regional Auto Recyclers Association.

Membership - Free receipt of all requests Generated.
Payment US - Upon making Sales of the equivalant of $10,000.00 US via the system the Member Supplier Shall Pay $100 US via Paypal or credit or Debit Card.
Payment Canada - Upon making Sales of the equivalant of $10,000.00 Canadian via the system the Member Supplier Shall Pay $100 Canadian via Paypal or credit or Debit Card.
Payment Europe (Excluding UK) - Upon making Sales of the equivalant of 10,000.00 Euros via the system the Member Supplier Shall Pay 100 Euros via Paypal or credit or Debit Card.
Payment Australia - Upon making Sales of the equivalant of $10,000.00 Australian or New Zealand Dollars via the system the Member Supplier Shall Pay 100 Aus or NZ Dollars via Paypal or credit or Debit Card.
Acceptance of Payment Terms - Upon acceptance of Membership a Supplier shall in principal agree that of every payment to Find-A-Part Ltd a percentage no less than 25% shall be used by Find-A-Part Ltd and its operational partner companies Green Footprint AutoParts and Allies 4 Earth to promote Auto Recyclers Associations and thier members.
Suppliers shall also accept in principal that during the corse of Parts Buyers relationships, Find A Part Ltd shall inevitably become aware of Sales that A Supplier has made and that these shall be kept confidential under the UK Data Protection Laws, but shall if discovered that a Supplier has failed to uphold their 100 for 10000 agreement cancell transmission to the said supplier.
