		IMechE - (The Institute of Mechanical Engineers) - The IMechE is the United Kingdom's qualifying body for Mechanical Engineers and has been the home of Mechanical Engineers for over 150 years and organises technical conferences, seminars and workshops for the Mechanical Engineering community. IMechE state that the next generation of Mechanical Engineers have a huge task on their hands – they must discover, create and improve the technologies that power the modern world. 		North West London College - The new Telford building opened in March 2009 by Lord Young of the UK Government’s Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills, it is a truly exceptional facility that provides an environment for the 4,500 plus students that study each year in the College’s Faculty of Technology. It provides a skill learning base centre in disciplins including, automotive mechanics, mechanical engineering, production and maintenance engineering and welding and fabrication.
		Nottingham University Environment Centre - The Centre states that the environment is the greatest challenge facing humanity in the 21st century. The project shows the Oxfords potential to build future scenarios that can be assessed and possible interventions the short, mid, and long term for the benefit people globally.

		Stanford University - Instead of pouring tax money into automobile industry bailouts, the government should invest in a new infrastructure to deal with changing climate patterns, was a stetement of Paul Ehrlich, professor of ecology at Stanford when speaking to the Stanford Report before leaving for Spain to receive the Ramon Margalef Prize for lifetime achievement in Ecology and Environmental Sciences. 		Stanford University (Woods Institute For The Environment) - Five years after it was founded, Stanford's Woods Institute for the Environment has become an important player in environmental science, both in terms of research and having an influence on governmental policy. President of Stanford University John Hennessy kicked off a celebration of the achievements of the institute's first five years by noting that Woods has become the very interdisciplinary center its founders envisioned, bringing together professors from 14 departments.

		Texas University - (The Department of Mechanical Engineering at Austin) is recognised as a premier department in the nation, and is always striving to become better. The department's five-year goal is "to be, and to be recognized as being, in the top five public Mechanical Engineering Departments," and we are well on our way to achieving that goal.
